Liputan6.com, Jakarta - Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara (OIKN) mengungkapkan bahwa sebanyak 67 investor swasta telah menanamkan modalnya dengan total nilai investasi mencapai Rp 74,54 triliun di Nusantara. Ibu kota baru ini dibangun di sebagian kawasan Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara dan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

"Hingga saat ini, estimasi investasi swasta yang telah masuk IKN mencapai Rp 74,54 triliun dari 67 investor," ujar Kepala Otorita IKN, Basuki Hadimuljono dalam pertemuan yang membahas potensi kolaborasi dan peluang investasi bersama Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah di Sepaku, Penajam Paser Utara, dikutip dari Antara, Jumat (7/8/2026).

Pertemuan strategis tersebut dihadiri langsung oleh Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ahmad Luthfi beserta jajaran bupati dan wakil bupati dari seluruh wilayah Jawa Tengah.

Basuki menerangkan bahwa skema pembiayaan pembangunan IKN tidak hanya bergantung pada dana swasta semata, melainkan didukung pula oleh Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN), Kerja Sama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha (KPBU), hingga hibah. Hingga saat ini, nilai proyek yang terjalin lewat skema KPBU tercatat telah menyentuh angka sekitar Rp 134,22 triliun.

Guna memperkuat ekosistem pembangunan IKN sebagai pusat pemerintahan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan, Otorita IKN membuka pintu sinergi selebar-lebarnya bagi berbagai daerah, termasuk Jawa Tengah.

Peluang Kemitraan Lebih Luas

Peluang kemitraan yang ditawarkan pun terbilang luas, tidak terbatas pada porsi investasi semata, melainkan mencakup sektor-sektor strategis penunjang seperti penyediaan barang dan jasa, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM), hingga penguatan industri kreatif dan pariwisata.

"Investor yang masuk selalu dilayani, apabila Jawa Tengah menjadi mitra Otorita IKN nanti akan ada insentif fiskal," kata Basuki Hadimuljono.

Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ahmad Luthfi menyatakan bahwa pola pembangunan di wilayahnya selama ini mengedepankan prinsip kolaboratif dengan merangkul seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Nilai kerja sama inilah yang ingin diterapkan dalam mendukung pembangunan IKN.

Melalui kemitraan ini, Pemprov Jawa Tengah berharap dapat mempererat sinergi untuk menggenjot arus investasi, memperluas konektivitas kerja sama lintas daerah, serta menghadirkan dampak ekonomi yang saling menguntungkan, baik bagi pertumbuhan IKN maupun pengembangan daerah.
